    Feedback please.

I see conspicuous errors, my messing up the Fook Sau at the end for instance and also moving my shoulders, but I did not correct them. I wanted to let you see this the first time through because if I am truly proficient I shouldn’t have to repeat it. Thanks.

Gwat Sao at the end, not Fook Sao.

After Bong Sao. I should have turned my palms up after each gwat (BTW “Fook Sao” Is a term from my previous martial art, and it just rolled out of my thoughts).

If you mean where is the video, I couldn’t attach it, so you would need to copy and paste it (under”edit”). Thanks.

Being aware of it is the first sign to correct it. I found my self doing it on my Left Wu Sao, but not my right. I focused on my shoulders being back and down and it corrected itself in a few repetitions. Just my experience.

    Charles,

Thanks for posting you vid and requesting feedback. I watched it. It looks liks your shoulders are coming forward on some of the hand techniques. Especially, in the beginning. I’m working on the same thing in Siu Nim Tau. Hope this helps. Thanks

It confirms what I suspected. I’ll figure it out and I’m sure you will and if I come up with any ideas that work. I’ll let you know. Funny thing is I actually thought my shoulders weren’t moving till I watched myself, ha ha. Thanks for the feedback.
