In training, sometimes students feel forced to do things. But its important to note that nothing you do he is about force. We’ve developed all of our resources and systems to help you develop. They are here for you. The intranet resources, courses, Billy program, practice log and discussion groups have all been carefully designed because they are proven to make students better. Others just don’t have these resources to improve themselves. So remember, you don’t have to use any of these resources or systems, you get to!
