Practicing Wing Chun in Our 50s, 60s, 70s
I’m curious how many people here are practicing Wing Chun later in life, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond.
For me, the work now is structure, alignment, and honesty rather than speed or force. Durability matters more than performance.
I’m 66. Living in Alaska. And learning Wing Chun.
Interested to hear how others are adapting the discipline for the long haul.
