45 minutes-stretched and warmed up, worked the dummy #10-20-30 twice each, did Siu Nim Tao twice, Chum Kiu twice, practiced front back and side kicks on the bag (trying not to tell), 1-2-1 three minute drill, Sil Lin Di Da drill, practiced the Chain Punch, Bil Sao, Pak Sao, Bong Sao. Pretty much like yesterday.

Mook Jong: 5x 10, 20 & 30. Moderate Speed..

10 min – warm-ups, stretches, squats and 1-leg raises.
7 min – one slow SNT focusing on relaxation.
10 min – Chum Kiu through first set of double lan saos.
9 min – 100 chain punches, 100 chang saos, 100 bil saos and 100 pak bil changs.
6 min – regular 1-2-1 drill and then arcing the footwork as if going around the dummy and swapping the last 2 punches coming forward on each side for chang tans.
4 min – wooden dummy in the air. I need to build that wooden dummy this summer!

6 min – one SNT focusing on relaxing, felt rushed though. Neck hardly bothered me at all! 🙂
8 min – Chum Kiu through first set of double lan saos.
10 min – 100 chain punches, 100 chang saos, 100 bil saos, 100 pak bil changs all in YJKYM.
2 min – tan das with pivoting.

Today was one of my better practice sessions lately. I was more focused today than most of the past week. Felt great to get back in my proper routine in my proper space. I also upgraded my knee brace to a more stabiliing brace as opposed to just a compression sleeve and that worked great! .

15 min – warm-ups, stretches, goblet squats, 1-leg raises (used a heavier weight for squats and leg raises tonight).
6 min – SNT against a 4×4 with block. Ting yiu getting better. Neck muscles are definitely improving.
9 min – Chum Kiu through first set of double lan saos.
9 min – 100 chain punches, 100 chang saos, 100 bil saos, 100 chang bil saos on BOB,
