15 min – warm-ups, stretches, squats, 1-leg raises.
9 min – one slow SNT with door jam and block focusing on relaxation. For whatever reason, relaxing seemed to be better tonight.
8 min – Chum Kiu through double lan saos.
8 min – 100 chain punches and 100 Chang Saos in YJKYM, 100 Bil Soas with pivots and 100 chang bils changing stances from YJKYM to Doi Gok Ma.
5 min – Mook Jong #10 – slower today trying to work on precision.

Stretched for fifteen minutes-Did Siu Nim Tao then Chum Kiu then Siu Nim Tao then Chum Kiu-Did my Dummy #10 #20 and #30-(I lowered my Dummy a couple of inches or so-Mucho better)-Did my kicking exercises and punching drills on the heavy bag and did the 1-2-1 3 min drill.

40 minutes-stretched and warmed up, worked the dummy #10-20-30 twice each, did Siu Nim Tao twice, Chum Kiu twice, practiced front back and side kicks on the bag (trying not to tell), 1-2-1 three minute drill, Sil Lin Di Da drill, practiced the Chain Punch, Bil Sao, Pak Sao, Bong Sao

12 min – warm-ups, stretches, goblet squats, 1 – leg raises.
7 – min SNT focusing on relaxation.
8 min – Chum Kiu – focus on relaxation and pivoting with double lan saos.
9 min – Chain punches, chang saos, bil saos and chang bils. Interesting thing happened here. Up until I started pivoting with the Bil Saos I had a pair of sneakers on. I decided to take them off and nearly fell backwards because my heels were now lower and it dramatically changed by structure!!! Whoa!!! Lesson learned? Do not always train in bare feet!!
6 min – Mook Jong for refinement.
5 min – bong wu tan da.
3 min – 1-2-1 drill with arc “around mook jong” (even though I was doing it in the air). Also changed the last punch to a change and tan to match with part of #10.

I have not had internet access for the last several days and it has been amazing, but not conducive to logging my practice.

3-5x Chum Kiu as fast as I can. I got the form to 1:35 seconds
3-5x Dummy #10 and #20
4-minute 1-2-1 Drill
2-minute Chain punch side to side drill
5-Minute Sil Lin Di Das.
