    45 min

    10 min warm up and stretch, Siu Nim Tao 2x, Chum Kiu twice, Wooden Dummy #10 and 20 three times each, 1-2-1 three min drill, side, front and back foot kicks on bag, free-style dummy practice (concentrating on foot work and balance and positioning between transitions. Jammed my ring finger so no bag punching just air punches.

    Mook Jong: 3 x 10, 20 & 30. Slowly.

    90 minutes.

    10 minutes of stretching and warm up

    20 minutes of drills, pak, gum, gan, tan da with partner

    20 minutes of siu nim tao

    20 minutes of striking and kicking practice with entering footwork

    15 minutes of footwork drilling.

    5 minutes cool down with ground work.

    67 minutes tonight.

    13 min – warm-ups, stretches, squats, 1-leg raises

    12 min – one slow SNT against the door jam with a block. Tried using magazines to raise my toes since I do not have Yoga wedges. Not a good idea. Buy some on Amazon.

    10 min – Chum Kiu through first set of double lan saos focusing on immovable elbows and correct stance (do ma with jiu ying) on pivots

    13 min – chain punches and chang saos with block to also work on kim sut

    3 min – bil saos with pivoting on center of foot

    8 min – chang bui saos changing stances

    5 min – wooden dummy in the air various speeds

    3 min – wu da focusing on forward energy and proper weighting.

    4-minute Sil Lin Di Das (150 Punches)

    5-minute 5x #10 @ 120 BPM and 5x #20 @ 100 BPM

    3x Chum Kiu Slow 1x Chum Kiu FAST (That was funny)

    4-minute 1-2-1 Drill

    2-minute Bong Wu Tan Da Drill

    My knee is not 100%, but it is less of a problem, and I am back to pivoting in CK. Also, I thought I knew CK pretty well, but speeding through it made me realize I need to work on it more.

    20 minutes of footwork, striking, and kicking drills altogether

    14 min – warm-ups, stretches, squats, 1- leg raises

    14 min – 2 slow (not super slow) SNT, one with door jam and block and one without

    10 min – Chum Kiu through first set of double lan saos

    11 min – chain punches and chang saos in YJKYM, bil saos with pivots and chang bil with stance transitions

    2 min – bong wu tan da

    3 min – wooden dummy

    70-minute practice (Start of some short vacation)

    20-minute warmup and PT (I think the PT is permanent at this point)

    10-minute Siu Nim Tao no block or wall today

    5x Chum Kiu full 3x slow and 2 x as fast as I could. I got stuck a couple times my time to 2:15 shooting for 1:45

    5x #10 Slow

    5x #20 Slow

    3x #10 @ 120 BPM

    3x #20 @ 100 BPM

    I am feeling more and more confident on the wooden dummy.

    4-minute 1-2-1 Drill

    Knee is still healing, but it is almost a non-factor at this point. I just have to ice after practice.

    15 minutes stretching and warm ups – noticed my bad leg is getting better each time.

    30 minutes kicking, striking, and footwork drills, and siu nim tao.

    25 minutes of pak da, gum da, gan da, tan da with partner

    10 minutes of turning stance training with tan, pak, and gum

    10 minutes advancing footwork training.

    8 min – one SNT with door jam and block. Didn’t get the wedges yet so I put rolled up towels under the balls of my feet. Need to get the wedges!

    9 min – Chum Kiu reps through first set of lan saos.

    10 min – chain punches and chang saos with block. Bill saos and chang bils with pivots.

    3 min – Mook Jong in the air different speeds.

    2 min – Bong Wu Tan Da.

    3 min – 1-2-1 drill “square” and rounded with focus on center line.
