65-minute practice
20-Minute Warmups and PT
8-minute Siu Nim Tao (Wall and Block)
4-minute Sil Lin Di Das (150 Punches)

My knee is not 100%, but it is less of a problem, and I am back to pivoting in CK. Also, I thought I knew CK pretty well, but speeding through it made me realize I need to work on it more.
