Post your training here each day.
Keep it simple:
• What you trained
• Duration
• One thing you noticedExample:
“Siu Nim Tao – 25 minutes. Noticed tension in shoulders.”
“Dummy – 15 minutes. Timing still off in transition.”You still log privately in your Practice Log.
This thread is about visible discipline.
Show up.
Train.
Report.No essays. No hype.
Just training.

Total practice time 35 min.
10 min – warm-ups, stretches, goblet squats and one-leg raises
5 min – 1-2-1 drill starting slow and building speed
10 min – boang wu tan da – followed video. was kind of confused until the video showed it on the dummy. Made much more sense to me then and I was even able to add the kick!
10 min – SNT followed week 11 video – started at 0.25 speed and worked up to “normal”. Sloppy at under a minute. Biggest issue was remember what the next sequence was.
< 1 min – ran once through wooden dummy parts A & B in the air

- 1xCK – not sure about the proper kicking foot angle (rewatch video!)
- 1xBJ s1 focus on independence – hard to distinguish arcing vs hacking elbows
- MJ #010 – #040 focus on footwork – pause too much between sections & A to B
- 3mins slow tan based medium bridge chain punching on wallbag – trying not to hyper-extend my elbow
