My first training session at The Dragon Institute
Hello everyone,
Today I was fortunate to meet Sifu Adam and Sifu Derek and Gary my training partner aka Billy at the Dragon Institute. My Billy and I meet Sifu this morning and had a training session together before the workshop began at 9am. That was so great working together with them in person. I’ve only been training solo since I began my journey in Wing Chun.
The experience was a little surreal since I’ve only seen Sifu on my TV and iPad during my time training online. Meeting Gary was so great as well because we chat almost everyday and working with him made it even better.
We had the first workshop today from 9 till 12pm at the Institute. It was nice to meet Brendan, Glen and everyone else. Training with all of you in the drill line was amazing and very educational for me on my structure. I will take each lesson from each interaction and apply that to my solo training.
I am attending the workshop tomorrow with Sigung Bill and Sitaigung Karl from 10 till 3pm.
