Another great day of training with Sigung Karl, Sigung Bill, Sifu Adam and Sifu Derek. What a great turn out for this workshop. We started at 10am till 3pm, I can say it was tough but amazing. Everyone was so helpful and respectful when things seemed tough for me. Up till yesterday, I have not had a partner for any drills (don chi sao, chi sao), with that said I had a great exchanged with a whole group of great people. My time at the kwoon was definitely going to be remembered. I will now take all the new information and apply it to my solo training.
Thank you everyone who made this trip and training experience a great one for me.
