    Siu Nim Tao twice, Wooden Dummy #10 and #20 -then practiced Dummy #30 @ 60 bpm 3X’s-Chum Kiu 2X’s-Did stretch and warmed up before-Did the 1-2-1 three minute drill, step and punch, pak, bong, tan, boat drill-front, side, back kick on bag.

    9 min – warm-ups, stretches, squats, leg raises.

    12 min – one slow SNT against door jam with block. Focused on upper body relaxation. Wow! My thighs were screaming!

    13 min – Chum Kiu through R lan sao, L chamber.

    3 min – Mook Jong in the air. A bit sloppy tonight.

    3 min – Chain punches with 4-direction footwork. Making progress.

    10 min – one slow SNT. Ting Yiu and neck muscles not too bad tonight. 🙂

    11 min – Chum Kiu through R lan, L chamber.

    3 min – Chain punches with 4-direction footwork. Getting easier.

    4 min – Mook Jong #10 different speeds.

    I was doing several things incorrectly so now I am fixing those movements.

    3x #10 and #20 very slow on Dummy paying close attention to Sifu’s refinements.

    Felt good today. Only small problems with my knee. It seems to be coming around.
