Siu Nim Tao twice, Wooden Dummy #10 and #20 -then practiced Dummy #30 @ 60 bpm 3X’s-Chum Kiu 2X’s-Did stretch and warmed up before-Did the 1-2-1 three minute drill, step and punch, pak, bong, tan, boat drill-front, side, back kick on bag.

3 min – Chain punches with 4-direction footwork. Making progress.

Felt good today. Only small problems with my knee. It seems to be coming around.
