Our Orange County leadership training for kids teach the two most important things kids need to be successful… mindset and discipline. That’s why we designed our kids leadership program around these two things. Because of this, kids develop a stronger, more powerful mindset with a deeper sense of responsibility for creating their own success.
The Dragon Mindset
At The Dragon Institute, we instill what we call “The Dragon Mindset”. We teach kids that their mind is the true battleground where the greatest struggles take place. We teach them how to train their minds on (1) what to focus on and (2) how they talk to theirselves. Kids learn how to replace negative thinking and negative self-talk with productive thinking and productive self-talk. We tell our students, “The voice in your mind is a powerful force. Own that force.”
Discipline – The Dragon Way
Through our systematic development program, kids learn that their progress is earned through their hardwork, effort and discipline. And because of this, they learn that success is based upon their relentless effort. They are taught what it means to be disciplined and that their habits create their success. In short, they learn to rely on themselves.
